SNDDeals is a product of GW Technologies. We build a Chrome extension and website that help UK resellers check eBay resale value before buying retail stock. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

We collect the minimum needed to run the service:

We do not collect your browsing history, your purchases on retailer sites, or any payment card details ourselves — see "Payments" below.
SNDDeals's Pro Dashboard is a community feed of profitable finds. When a flip check you run clears our profit threshold, its item details and numbers (title, retailer, prices, profit, ROI) are automatically added to that shared feed, visible to other signed-in users. Your name, email, or identity is never shown alongside a submission — the feed shows the find, not who found it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train any AI model.
We use a small number of third-party services to run SNDDeals. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

SNDDeals Pro subscriptions are not yet live. When billing launches, payment will be handled entirely by a dedicated payment processor (e.g. Stripe) — we will never see or store your full card details ourselves. This policy will be updated with specifics before billing goes live.
The website uses your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to keep you signed in between visits. The Chrome extension uses chrome.storage, which stays on your own device, to remember your session and settings (like your eBay fee assumptions).
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (see "Your rights" below), your personal data is removed — items you contributed to the shared feed remain (since they're already anonymised and don't identify you), but are no longer linked to your account in any way.

To exercise any of these, use the account page for deletion, or email privacy@snddeals.com for anything else. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
SNDDeals is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially, and where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
