Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of SNDDeals — the Chrome extension and this website — provided by GW Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What SNDDeals does

SNDDeals shows you real eBay UK sold prices for products on supported UK retail sites, and calculates an estimated profit margin (fees and postage accounted for) for reselling that item. The Pro Dashboard is a community feed of items that cleared a profit threshold when checked by any user.

3. Accuracy of information

Sold prices and profit calculations are estimates based on data from eBay and third-party data providers, which can be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally wrong (eBay's own listing data changes constantly, and matching the "right" item isn't always perfect). We do our best to show accurate, relevant comparisons — including clearly labelling when a result isn't an exact match — but we don't guarantee accuracy, and you should use your own judgement before buying anything.

4. Accounts

• You need an account to use SNDDeals, created with an email address (and password, or Google sign-in)
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per person — accounts are not transferable and shouldn't be shared
• You must be 18 or over to use SNDDeals

5. Free tier & Pro subscription

• New accounts get 7 free lifetime flip checks — not renewing, not per-day
• SNDDeals Pro (currently in development, not yet available to purchase) will offer unlimited checks and full access to the Pro Dashboard for a monthly subscription fee
• Pricing, once live, will be clearly shown before you subscribe. We'll give notice of any price changes to existing subscribers before they take effect
• You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time once billing is live; access continues until the end of the paid period

6. The shared Pro Dashboard feed

When one of your flip checks clears our profit threshold, its details (item, retailer, prices, profit, ROI — never your identity) are automatically added to a feed visible to other users. This is core to how the Pro Dashboard works. If you'd prefer this not to happen, please don't use SNDDeals to check items you don't want reflected in the shared feed.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Attempt to circumvent the free tier's usage limits (e.g. creating multiple accounts to get more free checks)
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to SNDDeals's own data or infrastructure
• Use the service in any way that disrupts it for other users, or breaks the law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Intellectual property

SNDDeals — its code, design, and branding — belongs to GW Technologies. Sold-price data comes from eBay and our data providers, and remains theirs. You're welcome to use SNDDeals for your own personal reselling activity; you're not licensed to redistribute or resell the data itself.

9. Limitation of liability

SNDDeals is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any losses arising from decisions you make based on information SNDDeals provides, including buying an item that doesn't resell as expected. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law doesn't allow us to limit (like death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page — this is immediate and permanent. We may also suspend or close accounts that breach section 7, with notice where practical.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change materially, and where appropriate, notify account holders by email before changes take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
